I am passionate about helping Mothers look after themselves as well as their babies. A healthy Mum means a healthy family and taking care of yourself over this time can be challenging when others needs are often put before yours.

I offer a Group workshop covering the nutrition demands during postpartum, it is an interactive session and a chance for Mothers to learn about the power of nutrition.
