    Sarah joined me as a guest speaker for one of my Becoming Mum workshops. She is such a wealth of knowledge and I feel so lucky to have had her come and share her wisdom with the mums in my course.     The hour I spent with Sarah going over my prenatal nutrition made my third pregnancy the most healthy, energetic, and iron filled one of all. With my first two, I was constantly fighting fatigue and had to go onto iron supplements pretty early. For my third, I didn’t have to go on iron supplements at all and my fatigue was minimal in comparison. I’m constantly sending people her way for this and all things nutrition for starting solids with babies! Love what you do!!
